Soulkyn AI Update: Custom AI character Cards Just Got a Massive Upgrade

Soulkyn is a fully multimodal AI companion platform that allows users to interact with their kyns through text, images, voice calls, and toy integration. Whether you’re creating an AI girlfriend, building an imaginative custom AI character, or looking for the best AI companion app for immersive storytelling, Soulkyn offers a wide range of tools designed to bring your vision to life.

AI roleplay with images is already a popular way to interact with personas, but what if you could do more with your AI companion images? Our Cards feature transforms regular AI companion images into profiles inspired by old-school trading cards and RPG mechanics. The feature creates a unique AI companion with images experience that feels both nostalgic and interactive. While Cards has always been a fun addition to Soulkyn’s collection of tools, we’ve recently expanded the feature with several exciting upgrades.

Creating a card is easy. Simply open your “Kyn’s Settings” and select “Regenerate Rich Profile.” It may take up to ten minutes for your card to be generated.

Custom AI Character Cards: What’s New

Card-dominant profiles

Instead of generating a single card that lives in a separate gallery, Cards can now take over the entire kyn profile. While you can influence certain elements of the Card through instructions, the profile will be built largely around the kyn’s personality. Colors, fonts, themes, and visual styles are tailored to match your kyn’s personality and aesthetic.

In their own words

Cards are now authored by the kyns themselves. Each AI companion remains fully in character while they write about their life, hobbies, interests, and experiences, creating a profile that feels more authentic and immersive.

Buttons

All profile buttons, such as Chat, Group Chat, Call, Create Images, and Create Videos, are available at the top of the card.

Put kyn music on their card

Want to make your AI companion card feel even more personal? You can now add your kyn’s music to the card by selecting “Feature this character’s music.”

Switch back to standard view at any time

If you want to switch back to the classic profile style, select ‘Standard view,’ and the profile reverts to its regular style.

Delete past card versions

You can delete previous versions of your card from the history strip, making it easier to manage your profile updates.
